This course introduces you to the platform, the basics of the DDS Success systems, and some key tools that all dental team members should have, including communication basics, different patient types, and working toward treatment plan acceptance and completion.
Objectives:
- Gain familiarity with DDS Success courses and methodology.
- Learn fundamental concepts that will be important for all team members to be on the same page about.
- Start using immediately applicable tools to improve patient interactions and productivity.
