With DDS Success, MGE’s Online Training Platform, you have 24/7 access to MGE’s top instructors and some of the most knowledgeable experts in the dental practice management industry.
You can watch as many of the courses as you like, as many times as you like. There are no limitations.
The monthly subscription fee is $289 a month. Special discounts may apply for MGE clients (Contact MGE at (727) 530-4277 to find out more). This fee covers you (the doctor) and up to 10 additional users at no extra charge! Additional users beyond 10 can be added for $15 per user per month or $10 per user per month if you purchase 10 or more.
Each user is able to track their progress through each lesson and complete each course at their own pace.

Each course on the platform consists of at least three or more video lessons (with some having as many as 19). Each lesson is approximately 5-10 minutes long. The videos are NOT just a person staring at a camera and talking…that would be boring and hard to watch! Instead, each video consists of multiple angles with animations, charts and the like. Many of the videos also have examples or demonstrations of the concepts being covered.
Signing up is easy! Just click on the “Sign Up Now” button on the main page of DDS Success or click here to get started. Once you’re at the checkout page you can click “add coupon” to apply a discount code if you have one. Then, fill in your email address and credit card information and click “Enroll in Course.” You will then be directed to a page where you can create your password. Once this is complete, you will receive a welcome email from DDS Success.
Generally, we recommend that everyone starts with the course “Initial Training for the Entire Team.” This is especially applicable if someone had never done any MGE training.
Beyond that, you can pick up with a course that addresses an issue you’d most like help with. Our current available curriculum, along with what’s coming in the near future can be found by clicking here. As of right now, we have about 15 hours of training consisting of 132 lessons in 11 courses. As the curriculum gets larger, we’ll be posting “Learning Paths” on the site, which lay out specific sequences of training for every position in the office.
As mentioned above, start them off with “Initial Training for the Entire Team.” Ideally, all of the staff would watch all of the videos – i.e. it wouldn’t hurt if your entire team watched the “Phone Skills,” or “Hygiene and Retention” Courses. To begin and to establish a simple sequence you can do the following. Keep in mind, we’re going to be adding content EVERY MONTH so this list will be updated regularly.

Again, we recommend that all of your staff watch all the videos (but you can start with the above).
We recommend setting up a time every day or a couple of times each week where your staff can study undisturbed and move through their lessons. We’ll also be adding quizzes to the courses in the very near future to increaser data retention and stress the important points of each lesson.
To cancel your account, login with your username and password. Once you're at the homepage, click on the profile icon in the top right corner and click manage subscription. From there you'll be able to cancel your account. Remember, when you cancel your account you'll only have access for the rest of your pay period and any user accounts you created will also be cancelled.
Nope! DDS Success is $289/month. The only additional fees you'll have are when you want to add more than the 10 user accounts included with your subscription.
As it stands now, we have additional content coming next month and lesson plans that will be coming through the next few months. However, we’d love your feedback and are more than willing to add a course or lesson when applicable. If there's a subject you want covered that's not in the course library, we'd love to hear about it! Just go to the contact us tab and tell us about it!
Your subscription includes 10 additional user accounts for your staff members. To create more accounts, login to DDS Success. Once you're at the homepage, click the button that says "Add team member accounts here!" Fill out the form and the accounts will be created for you.
