From Seminar Rooms to Your Screen
Our story began in 2016 with Jeff Blumberg, the Chief Operating Officer of MGE Management Experts—a position he continues to hold today. Having run MGE for close to 20 years and trained thousands of dentists and their teams with in-house seminars and coaching services, one thing was abundantly clear: the most efficient, productive, and profitable clients were the dental practices with the highest rate of trained team members, doctors, and executives. Period.
And while MGE clients invested in training themselves and many of their key team members, training the entire team came with its share of challenges—namely cost and availability. Beyond the inherent cost of the training itself, travel can be expensive! And inevitably, not everyone in the practice was in a position where they could travel.
Jeff knew online training was the answer—it was just a matter of how. He began designing training outlines, determining how to present the material for maximum retention and application, and ensuring it was engaging, fun and not a "chore" to watch.

Enter DDS Success
In early 2017, teaming up with several MGE executives, Jeff formed DDS Success, and filming began shortly thereafter. By November of 2017, we launched!
What started as a companion resource for MGE clients to refresh their learning and train their teams has evolved into a global powerhouse, serving practices across five continents. The content library grew—and continues to grow! Adding to the courses which taught key concepts from the MGE program, there is now positional training for most front desk positions, our “Practice Jumpstart” for doctors and office managers to immediately boost productivity, training on financial management, and much more.
Today, DDS Success still serves as the "go-to" companion for MGE clients but also finds many non-MGE client dentists using it as a vital resource to build their practices and create efficient teams.
